With over four decade’s in the Building Service Industry Magic Mist Services Limited® is a company with a clear mission of being “a globally thinking, locally driven Total Facilities Management Solutions Provider” and whose purpose and vision is to “deliver Smart Innovative SOLUTIONS in operating our business successfully”. Our doors opened in 1978 under the name Magic Mist Carpet Cleaners, in San Fernando, south Trinidad, by our founder and Group Executive Chairman Mr. Asa Michael Peter Sealy.

Driven by the goals and aspirations of a true entrepreneur, Magic Mist Services Limited has, over the past 42 years, embarked on numerous business endeavours. It has realigned its operations to accommodate new business models and has continuously pushed the envelope in terms of utilising best practice and incorporating advances in technology within the industry.

Today we reflect and recognize the important milestones and achievements that aided our business evolution.

  • Building international industry affiliation by becoming a member of the Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI) and International Sanitary Supply Association (ISSA).
  • Early expansion of our range of services to include Feminine Sanitary Disposal System, Housekeeping, Security and Landscaping Services.
  • Expanding our operations regionally in St. Lucia and Grenada markets.
  • Introduction of new technology and industrial advancement to the local market. E.g. Back Pack Vacuums, Ride On Scrubbers/ Sweepers, Team Cleaning Concept, Cleaning Colour Coded System, Ultrasonic Cleaning, Dry Carpet Cleaning System and Hillyard Deep Clean Washroom Solution.
  • Operated an International Hygienic Washroom Solutions Franchise.
  • Dominated the local Janitorial Industry and created a trusted BRAND.
  • Penetrated the local Integrated Facilities Maintenance Industry.
  • Founded the Magic Mist Benevolent Foundation.
  • Awarded the BSCAI Arthur C. Barraclough Community Service Award.
  • Awarded multiple BSCAI Safety Awards.
  • Achieved a Health and Safety Management System Certification (STOW)
