Mr. Asa M. P. Sealy
Group of Companies and Magic Mist Group of Companies
Mr. Asa M. P. Sealy is the Group Executive Chairman of AnG Holdings Group of Companies and Magic Mist Group of Companies.
Through its diverse business group of companies; AnG Holdings Limited, inspired by its’ motto “One World, One Solution” offers strategic, evolutionary, value added Products, Services and SOLUTIONS to its, customers, clients and investors. This is represented through its flagship; Magic Mist Group of Companies.
Inspired by its’ motto “One Team, Many Services”, the Magic Mist Group provides “TOTAL FACILITY MANAGEMENT (TFM) SOLUTIONS” throughout Trinidad and Tobago with focus on international expansion.
Mr. Sealy is a visionary leader; pioneer and entrepreneur, whose dedication and unwavering conviction, inspired the establishment and achievement of his dream; to own his first company “Carpet Bagaz” in 1977. Today, AnG Holdings Limited represents a dynamic group of companies geared towards delivering world class quality CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE and SOLUTIONS.
His humility, benevolence and passion for the enhancement of individuals and communities is strongly embedded in his philosophy “you hire good people and make them great”. He also embraces, his one VALUE…INTEGRITY. These attributes further inspired the creation of the Magic Mist Benevolent Foundation with one clear mission; “Sharing Love, Giving Hope”.
Today, Mr. Sealy holds firm to his credo “To show patience, relate to all others, empathize with others when it is needed, motivate and support all people in achieving their life’s goals.”
Mrs. Suzanne B. Sealy
Mrs. Suzanne B. Sealy WMEnt is a Director of Magic Mist Group of Companies. Mrs. Sealy joined the group in 1994 playing a pivotal and imperative role in the operations and administrative arms of the organization fostering the growth and enhancement of what is known today as the Magic Mist Group of Companies.
In 2000 she was appointed Company Secretary and then Director in 2007 to present.
Mrs. Sealy possesses a deep passion for entrepreneurship which inspired her to become the Owner and Managing Director of Featherstone and Company Limited and New World Holdings Limited.
Her creativity and imagination has allowed her to assist in the group’s development of all their branding and marketing goals.
Her personal credo – “The choices you make today, is the life you live tomorrow”.
Mr. Wayne Herbert
Mr. Wayne Herbert MBA is a Director and Executive Vice President of Magic Mist Group of Companies. Mr. Herbert began his journey in the group in 1997 as Stores Coordinator; he was later appointed to Manager, Purchasing and Materials Department and subsequently to Vice President of newly named Procurement and Logistics Department.
In 2012 he was appointed Executive Vice President of Magic Mist Group of Companies. He is also the president of the Magic Mist Benevolent Foundation and was a past President of the Rotary Club of Port of Spain, West during 2012 -2013.
Mr. Herbert has a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Anglia Ruskin University, specializing in leadership, Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
His personal credo – “Do the right thing because it’s the right thing to do.”
Ms. Roberta Robertson
Ms. Roberta Robertson LLB is the Corporate Secretary AnG Holdings Group of Companies and Magic Mist Group of Companies as well as Vice President MAGIC-CARE SOLUTIONS LIMITED.
Ms. Robertson began her career in 2001 as a Management Trainee assigned to the Marketing Department with focus on New Business Development. Subsequently in 2007 she was promoted to Vice President New Business and Contract Renewals Department; Magic Mist Services Limited.
In 2016 she was appointed Corporate Secretary of AnG Holdings and Magic Mist Group of Companies as well as Vice President of the newly named and restructured Business Development and Support Services Division of the Magic Mist Group of Companies.
In 2020 she was appointed Vice President MAGIC-CARE SOLUTIONS LIMITED; newly formed subsidiary of Magic Mist Group of Companies.
Ms. Robertson holds a Bachelor of Law Degree (LLB) from the University of London.
Her conviction that believing in yourself has the power and potential to overcome any obstacle life throws at us inspired her credo – “No one can save you but you”.

Ms. Cavelle Dedier-Lucas
Integrated Facilities Services Division (Commercial North and West Zones)
Mrs. Cavelle Dedier-Lucas has been with the organization since 2001. Ms. Dedier-Lucas experience and knowledge are in general Management, Administrative and Accounting.
Mrs. Dedier-Lucas was appointed Executive Assistant within the Executive Department where she was responsible for legal, corporate affairs and corporate transactions. She is also a member of the Magic Mist Executive Management Team.
Mrs. Dedier-Lucas brings with her 19 years of industry experience and knowledge of the Building Service Industry.
With her vast knowledge and understanding of the industry Mrs. Dedier-Lucas brings sagacity and good judgment to her current position of Vice President, Integrated Facilities Services Division (Commercial North and West Zones).
In this role she is charged with managing, planning and directing the Division’s day to day operations of the I.F.S Division; with responsibility for all operational services activities in north and west commercial zones in Trinidad.
Ms. Alicia Martinez
Business Development and Contract Renewals Division
Alicia Martinez started her career at Magic Mist Services Limited in 2008 in Sales, in the Brand Development Department; she was promoted to Manager Sales in New Business – Cannon Hygiene a Division of MMSL. Her impressive and steady rise saw her made Vice President of CANNON HYGIENE LIMITED.
Ms. Martinez brings over twelve years’ experience in marketing and sales gained from working with an international affiliated family company where she held the position of Director and Company Secretary and managed the day to day operations of the business.
Ms. Martinez is a holder of a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, Certificates in Human Resource Management and Facilities Management respectively, and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Business Administration from the Anglia Ruskin University.
Ms. Alicia Martinez is currently holding the position of Vice President, Business Development and Contract Renewals Division where she has responsibilities to fulfill, such as improving and growing Magic Mist Services Limited, through strategic sales planning, negotiation, reviewing contracts; establishing and developing strong professional relationships with our existing and potential client base.
Mrs. Gillian Second-Plante
Group Human Resources & Learning Development Division
Mrs. Gillian Second-Plante started her career at Magic Mist Services Limited in 2003. Mrs Second-Plante worked in the Human Resource Department for three years then moved on to our Operational Division known as Integrated Facilities Services Division where she worked as Manger.
Mrs. Gillian Second-Plante is the holder of a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from UWI, Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business; a Bachelor of Science Degree in Behavioural Sciences from Andrews University, Michigan and several certifications including, Certificate of Industrial Relations Management and a Certificate of Labour Laws of Trinidad and Tobago.
Mrs. Second-Plante brings with her a wealth of technical knowledge of the industry having worked in the IFS Division, along with a strong management skill-set.
She currently holds the position of Vice President, Group Human Resources & Learning Development Division with responsibility for Learning and Development, Industrial Relation and ensuring the function of the Division in all facets of Modern HR Management.
Ms. Lena Kalloo
Integrated Facilities Services Division [east, south, central and industrial Zones]
Ms. Lena Kalloo began her journey in Magic Mist Services Limited in 2002. Since then she has contributed over 20 years of dedicated service to Magic Mist Services Limited in numerous management roles and leadership capacities.
Ms. Kalloo is known for her proven track record in operational management strategies and business tactics. Her professional qualities and acumen to get things done, along with her leadership in providing professional service solutions focuses on exceeding client expectations and positive client experience.
Ms. Kalloo holds several internationally recognized Diploma and Certificates in the Business Management field; a Master of Business Administration degree (M.B.A.) from the University Heriot-Watt in Scotland and Bachelor Arts degree (BA) from the University of Sunderland Scotland.
Ms Kalloo presently holds the position of Vice President, Integrated Facilities Services Division (IFSD) with the responsibility for directing, leading and managing all operations services activities in east, south, central and industrial zones in Trinidad.
Mr. Roger Singh
Group Finance Department
Mr. Roger Singh joined Magic Mist Services Limited Finance Department in 2019. Mr. Singh comes with over 30 years of accounting experience, working in one of the leading auditing and accounting firms Ernst & Young as a Senior Accountant, as well as various private industries, including manufacturing, hotel and non-for-profit organizations.
Mr. Singh is a Fellow Certified Chartered Accountant (FCCA) and a practicing member of The Association of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad and Tobago (ICATT). His area of specialty includes Management Accounting, Strategic Financial Planning; and design and implementation of financial and accounting systems.
With his professional accounting background Mr. Singh sits on the Finance Committee of a faith-based organization where he is an active member.
Mr. Singh currently holds the position of Manager Group Finance Division and has overall responsibility of the financial performance of the Group.
Mrs. Brandice Walker
Group Communications and All Media Services Department
Mrs. Brandice Walker started her career in Magic Mist Services Limited in 2015 in the General Service Division as the Assistant Manager. In 2017 she was promoted to Manager of the newly restructure and rebranded Specialist Services Division, with the responsibility for business development in the residential and commercial sector, operational planning and management and securing new and continued business that provides quality service to our customers and clients.
Mrs. Walker brings to the organization 5 years management experience in a media sales, marketing and brand management environment. She is known for her excellent and consistent, communication, customer service and client relationship management skills.
Mrs. Walker possess a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing from the Anglia Ruskin University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Sunderland, an Associate Degree from COSTATT, a Certificate in Event Management from The George Washington University along with Government Civic and Political Event Management, Event Safety, Risk and Crowd Control certificates from the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business.
Mrs. Walkers’ passion for strategic marketing and brand development saw her promoted to our Parent Company, AnG Holdings Limited as Manager of Group Communications & All Media Services Department, where she has the responsibility for company branding, advertising, social media platforms, and communicating strategies that present the organization professionally to the public, clients and other stakeholders.
